PVC stabilizers commonly used in profiles are lead sulfate,lead phosphate,composite lead salt stabilizer,rare earth stabilizer,etc.
Tribasic lead sulfate is generally used 2-7,the amount of lead phosphate is generally 1/2 of the tribasic lead sulfate,and the amount of lead stearate is 0.5-1.5.
Composite lead salt stabilizer uses symbiotic reaction technology to mix triple salt,double salt and metal soap in the reaction system with the initial ecological grain size and various lubricants to ensure that the heat stabilizer is fully dispersed in the PVC system.The amount of PVC plastic door and window profile production is 3.5-6 copies.
Rare earth stabilizer has no lubrication,and should be added together with PVC lubricant.The current rare earth complex stabilizer produced in our country is made of rare earth,heat stabilizer and lubricant,and the addition is generally 4-6.
